Thank you for purchasing ScriptGate from MainTree Systems.  This information is provided to give you some essential information to help you get the most out of ScriptGate as quickly as possible.

ScriptGate currently only allows for access to one physical machine at a time.  In order to access a different machine, you will need to disconnect from your current session, reconfigure the IP or name of the system that you are connecting to and reconnect.  We are looking into supporting connections to multiple systems without reconfiguring in a future version

You may specify any text editor you wish for use with ScriptGate, but MainTree Systems recomends UltraEdit from IDM Computing Solutions.  For those users using UltraEdit, we have provided 2 word files in this help to color code AGS and UScript files.

ScriptGate allows for editing of UScript and AGS files outside of the main interface, just double click on any .USC or .AGS file in Explorer and ScriptGate will automatically load the file in the editor.

ScriptGate also will download and display any related error files for the scripts that are downloaded.
